What ages are allowed?
5 O’Clock Somewhere is for everyone! Each person will need a ticket.
Will re-entry be allowed?
There is no re-entry to and from the event.
Where can I go to pick up lost & found items during the festival?
Items are typically turned in to our Box Office and Will Call tent; check-in with our staff there!
What time do festival doors open?
All festival hours, including door times and music performance schedules will be announced approximately 2 weeks prior to the festival.

Does this event accept cash
Please note that 5 O’Clock Somewhere Fest is a cashless event. Vendors will only take card. Credit card payments will be accepted, in addition to Tap to Pay with Apple and Google Pay.
What can I bring with me into the festival?
- Empty reusable, plastic water bottles
- Cell phones and portable chargers
- Sealed packs of cigarettes and cigars
- Vape pens and e-cigarettes
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
What is not allowed into the festival?
- Guns, Knives and Weapons of any kind.
- Outside food and drink.
- Tents or umbrellas.
- Animals, with the exception of service animals.
- Illegal substances or paraphernalia.
- Laser pointers.
- Chains, chain wallets or spikes.
- Fireworks or explosives.
- Flags, wagons, or blankets
- Walkie talkies or 2-way radios.
- Professional cameras, video cameras, GoPros and audio recording equipment.
- For the safety and security of our event, our festival team has the right to deem ANY other items not listed unfit or unsafe inside the festival.
Can I bring in a chair?
There are plenty of seating areas available throughout the venue for guests to relax and enjoy the show. To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans, chairs will not be permitted in the front-of-stage / pit area, which will be standing-room only. Guests are welcome to use designated seating areas outside of the pit. Please follow all posted signage and staff instructions on event day. Accessible seating options will be available for guests who require accommodations.
Does my bag have to be clear?
No, bags do not have to be clear but are subject to search at entry.
What size bag can I bring in?
Any small to medium personal, sized bag (backpack or smaller)
What are ticket levels?
All ticket prices listed are available in limited quantities. Once that allotment sells out, we flip to the next, higher priced level.
Do you offer travel or hotel packages?

I have an issue with my ticket, who can help me with that?
Ticketmaster can assist with any ticketing issues. You can also email us at info@5oclocksomewherefest.com for any festival questions.
When and how will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be delivered by Ticketmaster to the email used at point of purchase. Download the Ticketmaster app for the best experience.
What type of ID is accepted at the box office?
A Drivers license/government ID is accepted at the box office.
What are the box office details?
Box office hours will be shared closer to the event. Please note, that the venue(s) we are hosting our event in are not official vendors for tickets for our events and will not be able to assist you if you visit them prior to the event. Our box office will typically open morning of each show day around 11am.
Do you provide seating?
Our GA and VIP experiences are generally standing areas with viewing of the stage! Each VIP pass offers a variety of comfortable community seating, but is first come, first served.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and non-refundable!
Is there direct festival parking?
5 O’Clock Somewhere fest is located conveniently with surrounding shuttles and public transportation options. There will be zones for drop off and pick up. There is no on site parking for purchase.

Brightline’s West Palm Beach Station is just steps away from 5 O’Clock Somewhere Fest.
Circuit Shuttle
Circuit is FREE on-demand, 100% electric shuttle service. Users can take a ride to and from any location within our coverage area.
Rose Trolley
Rose Trolley is providing FREE electric cart service. Users can take a ride to and from any location within our coverage area.
Palm Tran
Palm Tran offers several bus routes throughout Palm Beach County with stops at the Quadrille and Clematis intersection, right down the street from 5 O Clock Somewhere Fest.
Rideshare
All rideshare partners are welcome. There will be dedicated areas for quick and convenient drop off and pickup.
Can I bring prescription medication or medically necessary food?
Yes! If you bring a doctor’s note, medication and medically necessary food can be brought. Medication will need to be in its original packaging.
Are there free water stations?
Yes, there will be free water stations throughout the festival!
Drug & Alcohol Use
- Drugs and any illegal substances are prohibited in the festival.
- 5 O’Clock Somewhere reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the festival, local law enforcement, or federal law.
- Those who are acting in a disorderly manner, or acting in ways that are illegal or offensive may be ejected from the festival.

Will I be searched coming into the festival?
All attendees and bags will be searched upon entry.
Where is the first aid / medical tent?
We will share a detailed map closer to the festival identifying all entrances, restrooms, concessions and the first aid/medical tent.
